43ª Conferência Geral da UNESCO e a eleição do Diretor-Geral

A 43ª Conferência Geral da UNESCO, realizada em Samarcanda, Uzbesquistão, entre 30 de outubro e 13 de novembro de 2025, marcou avanços significativos na governança multilateral. Destacaram-se a eleição do novo Diretor-Geral, o egípcio Khaled El-Enany, a aprovação da Recomendação sobre Ética em Neurotecnologia e o reconhecimento do Kiswahili (idioma bantu) como idioma oficial. O Brasil teve participação ativa, presidindo o diálogo ministerial sobre competências educacionais. A conferência também abordou temas como educação em zonas de conflito, inclusão de pessoas com deficiência e estratégias para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável.
